Return, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy
At Intrigue Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@intriguejewelry.us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Customer-Caused Damage: If an item is received and inspection verifies that the damage was caused by the customer, it will be ineligible for a refund or credit. In such cases, the item can still be repaired at the customer’s expense.
Cancellation or Change Order
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at service@intriguejewelry.us. We will attempt to accommodate order changes
- prior to shipping confirmation for in-stock items
- prior to manufacturing custom orders

Eligibility for Returns
- 30-Day Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for jewelry that shows signs of being worn, as it cannot be resold.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Authorized Label Required: Returns without our authorized return shipping label will be refused upon receipt.
- Complete Returns Only: Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
- Custom Item Policy: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Once an item is received, damage or defect will be verified. Items found to be damaged by customers will be ineligible for credit. NOTE: Items can still be repaired at the customer’s expense.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us:Please contact our customer service team atservice@intriguejewelry.us to initiate return. Provide your order number and reason for return, including pictures of the damage, if any.
- Return Label: If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and using our authorized return shipping label will not be accepted or processed.
- Important Documentation: Any grading certificate or appraisal document that arrived with the item must be included in the return package. Failure to include this documentation will result in a $150 charge covering the cost of re-appraisal, deducted from your refund.
- Insurance: Our free return label provides insurance coverage for items worth $300 or more. Items less than $300 are not covered by insurance and ship through regular channels. Please retain tracking information for your records.
- Inspection & Review: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and communicate any anomalies detected during the inspection process.
- Refund Processing: Upon satisfactory review of the item, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 7-14 business days for your bank to process the refund.
