Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty covers all our jewelry pieces against any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
  • If you discover any damage resulting from manufacturing, please contact us promptly. Our dedicated team will carefully examine your piece to address any concerns.
  • If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or, if deemed appropriate, replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar item or offer a refund equal to the original purchase price.

Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, or damage resulting from intentional or unintentional damage caused by the customer.
  • Extended or imprudent usage, including prolonged exposure to chlorine, chemicals, household cleaners, and similar substances, may void the warranty due to resulting damage.
  • Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the item's character and should not be considered defects.

Repair Services

  • Repairs not covered under the limited lifetime warranty will be subject to a price quote for your approval.
  • Any repair or service carried out by a jeweler other than Intrigue Jewelry will void the warranty unless expressly confirmed or offered by us.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Contact our customer service team at service@intriguejewelry.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
  • Our team will review your claim and provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item(s) back for inspection. Any grading certificate and appraisal document that arrived with the item must be included in the return shipping package. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $150 to re-appraise the item at the customer’s expense. NOTE: Our free return label provides insurance coverage for your item.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and communicate any anomalies detected during the inspection process.
  • Upon satisfactory review of the item, if the damage is deemed to be covered by our warranty policy, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
